日寶廚有限公司前身優勝廚具工廠成立於1961年，創始人「鄭員林」設立於大同路第一間不鏽鋼廚具加工廠。1999年由次子「鄭健南」接任負責人，更名為優派廚具，轉型成為歐化廚具及系統家具工廠。
